Here at WM S.A.I.L. We strive to allow for all Veterans to participate in free of charge sailing courses in order to improve comradery, feelings of self confidence and self efficacy, as well as to alleviate feelings of isolation and learned helplessness. With the help of sponsors, West Michigan S.A.I.L. will be able to fully adapt MORE boats for use by individuals with almost any ability status or level.  Including, the utilization of sip and puff technology for individuals paralyzed from neck down. With the use of adaptive technology, we can make the impossible possible.
